This week will be my last week with students. On March 6th (or sooner if he chooses) I will be having a baby boy! Joyce Sturdee with be my long term substitute. The students are SO lucky to have her as their teacher. Mrs. Sturdee has been at teacher at McGraw for many years before retiring three years ago. She has filled her time with substituting within the district on a day to day basis as well as other maternity leaves while spending the remaining time with grandchildren and family. Mrs. Sturdee will be a wonderful addition to our classroom. If you have any questions for me or Mrs. Sturdee you can email us at email@example.com and firstname.lastname@example.org
In case you haven’t heard, this Friday March 3rd is now a student day, due to so many snow days.
The last student day will be June 15th (provided there are no more snow days).
We had a very fun day today! We got to play outside in the snow and do lots of fun things inside. The snow was so much fun!!! Ask your child about it. They should be able to tell you all about it! Have a great vacation!

On Friday we will be having a fun day to celebrate winter. We have LOTS of great snow to play in. Please send an extra pair of mittens, socks and hat for your child on Friday as we will be out in the snow off and on throughout the day. Thanks!!
