We are having a fun, Halloween themed week together! Don’t be scared when you open your child’s folder and find a bat, haunted house or Crankenstein inside!
Yesterday we read Crankenstein. After the read aloud, it was so much fun to listen to the boys and girls share different things that make them “Crankenstein”! Ask them about it!
Using guided drawing the students drew their own Crankenstein. What artists they are!
Boys and girls are working hard to write their name with one uppercase letter at beginning and then lowercase letters for the other letters. They are also learning and practicing correct letter formation. I was so excited to see some of them choosing to practice writing during morning choice time!
Today was Bus Driver Appreciation Day. Boys and girls worked hard at making fun cards to thank all of our bus drivers. They did a great job!
We are learning how to count. Today we learned the move it over strategy. Check it out!
